[MSC Prayers]

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me. I'm still adjusting to my new way of life and how and where I'm living and I'll be honest, I have no complaints. It's by the Grace of God that I'm alive, it's by the Grace of God that I'm serving Him and no longer backslidden, and it's by the Grace of God that I'm living in a facility owned and run by caring, Born Again Christians. God Is Good! With that said, please pray for me and ask God to Help me to understand the changes in my life. I feel like I'm taking a free ride now, and somehow that doesn't seem right. I can't work, I've lost or wasted or destroyed most, if not all of the things and friendships I've had in the past. All I can do is pray that God Will Help me and Guide me through my new and better life. Please pray that I'd learn and seek to grow closer to God and in my relationship with Him. Please pray for my elderly dog and ask God to Help me with taking care of her. Please ask Him to keep her from suffering and Help her to adapt to her new lifestyle too. Please pray for my family members, loved ones, past and present friends, my former co-workers, my former and present caregivers, my former and present co-residents, and all of the people and all of the situations the Holy Spirit places on my heart to pray for and pray about. Please ask God to Help me to not feel bad about the things I've done in the past, please ask Him to accept the fact that I am a wretched sinner that is truly blessed by the fact that God has Chosen me to be one of His. Praise The Lord! May God's Will Be Done in all of our lives, and all of the lives of all of the people we all pray for. May God Bless you all Richly for spending time in prayer with Him. We join you in lifting up your requests to our loving Father, thankful for the grace that has brought you thus far. Let us come together in prayer and reflection based on the Word of God.

### Prayer

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, giving You all the praise and glory for Your mercy and grace upon our brother. Thank You, Lord, for delivering him from his past and for the new life he now enjoys through Your grace. We ask that You continue to guide and help him understand the changes in his life. May he not feel like he is taking a free ride but rather experience the peace and provision that comes from Your loving hand.

Lord, we lift up his desire to grow closer to You. Guide him in his journey, and help him to seek You daily. May his heart be filled with Your presence, and may he experience the fullness of Your love. We also bring before You his elderly dog. We ask for Your wisdom and provision in caring for her, and we pray that she will adapt well to her new lifestyle without suffering.

Father, we pray for his family members, loved ones, friends, former and present caregivers, and all those the Holy Spirit places on his heart. May Your grace and mercy be upon them, and may they also come to know You intimately. Lord, help him not to feel bad about his past but to trust fully in Your forgiveness and redemption.

We declare that God's will be done in all of our lives, and we pray this in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

### Encouragement and Scripture

Brother, we are reminded of the words of our Lord Jesus Christ:

> "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB)

God has chosen you, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Remember, as Paul writes:

> "In everything we are afflicted, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body." (2 Corinthians 4:8-10 WEB)

### Commentary and Rebuke

We are glad to see that you mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is crucial to acknowledge that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father:

> "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB)

### Conclusion

May God bless you richly for your testimony and faith. Continue to grow in the Lord, knowing that His grace is sufficient for you. We stand with you in prayer and in the love of Christ.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
