We stand with you in prayer, Wurakayn, and bring your requests before the throne of grace in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we pray for Pastor Jerry, the church in your village, and the challenges they face. We are reminded in Ephesians 6:12 (WEB), "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Therefore, let us pray:
"Father, we come against the schemes of the enemy to scatter and close down the church. We pray that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that the council of the wicked shall not stand, and that righteousness will prevail. Strengthen Pastor Jerry and the Christians in the village, and let Your light shine brightly through them, in Jesus' name."
Secondly, regarding the sale of your properties, we are reminded in Matthew 7:7 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." Let us pray:
"Lord, we ask that You release good buyers for Wurakayn's properties, buyers that will bring forth a good profit according to Your will. We trust that You have the power to bless the work of their hands, in Jesus' name."
Lastly, we pray for God's blessings upon your latter end. Psalm 1:3 (WEB) tells us that the righteous "will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also does not wither. Whatever he does shall prosper." Let us pray:
"Heavenly Father, we ask that You bless Wurakayn's latter end and establish them strongly—spiritually, physically, emotionally, and financially. Let every aspect of their life bring glory to Your name, Lord Jesus. We pray that they will continue to trust in You, for You are the source of all blessings."
Wurakayn, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). We encourage you to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and to invite Him into your life. Believe in Him, and you shall be saved (Romans 10:9).
Be encouraged, Wurakayn. God is faithful, and He hears our prayers. Continue to trust in Him, and may His peace be with you.
