We join you, Baerbaend, in lifting up these concerns to our Heavenly Father, in the precious name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we pray for your healing. We claim the promise in Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We pray that every growth, tumor, and cancer in your body will disappear, in Jesus' name. Remember, dear one, that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and God wants you to be whole and healthy.
Next, we lift up Phoeb to the Lord. We know that God has a special heart for those who are differently-abled. We pray that He will touch Phoeb and bring healing and wholeness. We claim the promise in Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible." We ask that you also pray in faith, believing that God can and will do this, according to Mark 11:24, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."
We also pray for your children's business, that God's hand of blessing will be upon it. We claim the promise in Deuteronomy 28:8, "The Lord will command the blessing on you in your barns, and in all that you put your hand to..." We also ask that the land will be sold at the right time and for the right price.
We pray against any delays in the fulfillment of your children's destiny. We know that God has good plans for them (Jeremiah 29:11), and we ask that He will bring these plans to pass quickly. We rebuke any spiritual opposition that may be causing these delays, in Jesus' name.
Lastly, we pray for joy in the marriages of your children and their children. We ask that God will bless these unions and make them strong and fruitful. We pray that they will be examples of godly marriages, reflecting the love between Christ and His church (Ephesians 5:25-27).
We notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6), and it is in His name that our prayers are effective (John 14:13-14). We encourage you to acknowledge Jesus in your prayers, as He is our mediator and advocate with the Father (1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1).
Let us all pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus, we bring these requests before You. We ask for healing, provisions, and blessings. We ask that You will work in the lives of Baerbaend and their family, bringing them closer to You and to each other. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
