We understand your struggle, ###. It's not uncommon to feel overwhelmed by our thoughts and the stresses of life. However, we are called to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and her mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Help her to not be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of her mind, so that she may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2 WEB). Give her the strength to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

It's also important to fill our minds with the Word of God. As we meditate on His precepts and hide His words in our hearts, we become more like Him, and our thoughts become more aligned with His will (Psalm 119:15, 119:11 WEB).
