Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." Your worth is not determined by others' reactions, but by God's love for you.
It's important to address the root cause of your feelings. Shame and depression can stem from various issues, including fear of man or lacking a firm identity in Christ. As Romans 8:15 (WEB) states, "For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, 'Abba! Father!'" We need to find freedom from the fear of others' opinions.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Echdarren to you, asking for Your comfort and guidance. Help them overcome shame and depression, and remind them of their true worth and identity in You. Give them strength to face others' body language with resilience and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
