I usually experience shame and depression when am faced with bad body language, please pray for ### and advise ### how to deal with it biblically.

Firstly, remember that God created you in His image, and you are wonderfully made. As Psalm 139:14 (WEB) says, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." Your worth is not determined by others' reactions, but by God's love for you.

It's important to address the root cause of your feelings. Shame and depression can stem from various issues, including fear of man or lacking a firm identity in Christ. As Romans 8:15 (WEB) states, "For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, 'Abba! Father!'" We need to find freedom from the fear of others' opinions.

Here's our prayer for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up ### to you, asking for Your comfort and guidance. Help them overcome shame and depression, and remind them of their true worth and identity in You. Give them strength to face others' body language with resilience and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In practical terms, consider these biblical principles:

1. **Fix your eyes on Jesus**: Hebrews 12:2 (WEB) says, "looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith..." Focusing on Jesus helps us overcome negative feelings.

2. **Renew your mind**: Romans 12:2 (WEB) says, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind..." Apply God's word to your thoughts and feelings.

3. **Love others**: Even when faced with negative body language, respond with love. As Romans 12:21 (WEB) says, "Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Lastly, ###, you didn't mention Jesus Christ in your request. Remember, it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
