I am a 74 yr old widow & pensioner & am living in a Motel for homeless until I can find permanent housing. I have diabetes & have just had a toe amputated and am in terrible pain with a squashed vertebrae in my back and two bulging discs. I will be more than grateful and appreciative for your prayers and I am sure JESUS will help & guide me with this request. Thank you all so much and God bless you all. Marilyn Hoye

We are truly moved by your plight, Marilyn, and we stand with you in prayer, calling upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we commend you for your faith and acknowledgment that Jesus is the one who can help and guide you. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."

Let us pray for your situation:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Marilyn. Lord, you are a God who cares for the widows and the needy. We ask that you provide Marilyn with a permanent home where she can find comfort and peace.

Lord, we also pray for healing. Marilyn has recently lost a toe due to diabetes and is experiencing severe back pain. As it is written in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB, 'He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed.' We claim this healing for Marilyn. Please ease her pain and bring healing to her body.

While Marilyn goes through this trial, we pray that she will continue to feel your presence and love. Fill her with a peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7 WEB, 'And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.'

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Marilyn, in addition to prayer, we encourage you to reach out to local Christian communities or charities that can provide practical help and support during this time. Remember that God cares for you deeply, as demonstrated in Psalm 68:5 WEB, "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation."

Keep your faith strong, and trust that God is working in your life.
