Wyxmat, we're glad you've reached out seeking a closer relationship with God and improved health. First, let's assure you that God indeed sees and knows your needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:8, "Therefore don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need before you ask him."
However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's crucial to understand that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is said in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let's keep this in mind as we pray.
Regarding your relationship with God, remember what Jesus said in John 15:4, "Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can’t bear fruit by itself unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me."
