Father God in Heaven,
I come to you this hour asking prayer for employees I spoke to about the gospel of Jesus Christ. An unexpected opportunity opened up when an employee asked some questions about my life, and naturally, the word of God came pouring out. For an hour I spoke to this young woman about Jesus, Noah, King David's story, the resurrection, artifacts found recently that add evidence to the flood of Noah's time, and that God's thoughts are much better than ours. During the conversation, another young employee came in to fulfill some office duties. I had not met her before nor do I know her name. She began speaking briefly with the gal I was talking to and I sat and listened. Then I overheard her conversing about a relationship she was either in or starting. When she left for the hall to do something, I asked the girl I had been speaking to if she said "girl" relationship. She said there was a girl she was interested in. When the gal came back into the space where we were, I asked her do you believe in Jesus? She said not really. I said to her homosexuality is a sin. Are you sure you are willing to take the risk? For a moment there was silence and I could feel a slight grieving, but she continued her duties and I could tell she was struggling. She walked by me and didn't say another word. I continued to speak to the other young woman about being a light for God, and there are restrictions to what we can and can't do as women according to the letters given to Timothy. I said as much as I could in the hour before I left work. I reiterated the importance of the rainbow in Genesis 9 having 7 colors, and it is a covenant promise God gave to Noah. Just as I was getting ready to leave, a woman walked in and said she had five grandchildren with her. She asked for camp space number 9. On my way home, a car in front of me had a license plate that says Are You Following This Close To Jesus? I haven't seen a license plate with a Jesus message on it in a long time.
