Disciple of Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
I will openly admit that for a long time, I didn’t know what to believe in. I didn’t know if there was a true God out there. I find myself turning to faith more and quietly praying to myself. I’m constantly reminded of You by the giant lit up cross across the street from where I live. I firmly believe that things happen for a reason and that you have a plan for me. In times where I feel like giving up, I think of You, my late grandmothers, and all of my ancestors before me. I will continue to pray that the right job will come along for me soon. I will not give up and continue to have faith. I believe in You. Please continue to watch over me, my loved ones, my friends and family, and my one and only nephew whom I love so much.
