Heavenly father I thank you for everything you do for each and every one of us and each and every one of our little pets, we are so truly, humbly, sincerely and genuinely grateful and thankful.
Lord God Almighty, please let Lorraine from the dentist phone me tomorrow and offer me an appointment.
Please let her remember that they haven't contacted me since Monday and give me a ring, I don't care what time it is just please let this happen.
Lord God Almighty, please don't let me have to phone them again, I think they think that I'm crazy and it would be so humiliating and embarrassing to have to do that again.
Lord God Almighty, please let me get a dentist appointment for tomorrow or Monday at the very latest, I really need your help.
Lord God Almighty, please protect me from any pain, suffering or infections whatsoever.
Lord God Almighty, I don't know what to do, I am at my wit's end with all of this, I just need you to get me down to that dentist as soon as possible, it would honestly be a miracle for me.
Lord God Almighty, I have belief, trust and faith in you, I know you can perform the most unlikely seeming miracles and I humbly ask you to perform this one for me.
Lord God Almighty, please let me be able to be sitting here tomorrow evening with a complete check up from the dentist and everything to be well.
Lord God Almighty, I need this so desperately, my mental health is at the worst it's been for many, many months.
Lord God Almighty, please let Friday 26th March be the date that the misery and worry regarding my teeth finally ends satisfactorily.
Lord God Almighty, no more worry, no more stress, no more of these teeth problems please!
Lord God Almighty, please let Lorraine be in tomorrow and please nudge Lorraine and get her to phone me, please let her remember that I need to be phoned!
Lord God Almighty, I believe in the power of prayer, and I believe that you are capable of anything.
Lord God Almighty, I know that you haven't put me here just to make me sad and depressed and worried about my teeth all the time, I know that you can alleviate my teeth stress because you can do anything!
Lord God Almighty, please forgive me for each and every one of my sins.
Lord God Almighty, I throw myself upon you and ask for your mercy and love.

May we greet each day with a heart of thanks, praise, and gratitude unto You for who You are, all You have done, and will do in our lives. Help us, show us how, and bless each of us with the desire, knowledge, wisdom, and strength to fulfill our God-Purpose as we work on building a stronger more intimate relationship with You. God please encamp Your angels all around us to protect us from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of our enemies, and the plans of the enemy of our souls.
