We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Flittermouseburg, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. Firstly, it's commendable that you have a desire to be more honest and that you're regretful for your actions. Proverbs 10:9 tells us, "He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out". It's important to acknowledge that all of us fall short and make mistakes. Romans 3:23: "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." However resolving to learn from them and change is what matters most.
However, true repentance is more than just feeling sorry; it's a commitment to turn away from sin and pursue righteousness. In this case, it means maintaining academic integrity from now on, even when faced with overwhelming situations. As the 1 Peter 3:10-12 tells us, "For, 'He who would love life, and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good. Let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.'"
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Therefore, the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN is important in our prayers. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. We want to you to be saved if not already. "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved." Romans 10:9-10.
Now, let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Flittermouseburg. Lord, we confess that they have sinned against You and against their university. We ask for Your forgiveness and for Your mercy to be extended to them. Help them to walk in complete honesty and integrity from this day forward.
Lord, we pray for mercy as they face the Student Judicial Affairs. We ask that the consequences would be fair and that Flittermouseburg would accept them with a humble heart, learning from this experience. We pray against suspension or expulsion, but ultimately, we ask for Your will to be done.
Help Flittermouseburg to trust in You during this time of uncertainty. Remind them that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding, and help them to rest in Your love. Isaiah 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thought. We want your will to be done in the situation.
In Jesus' name, we believe and pray. Amen."
We encourage you to meditate on the verses above in your free time and to wait on the Lord to experience his love for you. Keep praying and keep studying Matthews 6:25&26:"Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" If you have not sincerely received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour and would like to, respond to this message privately so we can help you get right with God through Jesus Christ and walk in the newness of life. This is the most important step and all other positive steps and progress stem from this decision.
