We understand your desperation to find answers, and we commend you for coming to the right place and calling on the name of Jesus. It is only in His name that we have access to the Father and can find true healing and revelation. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.".
The Bible tells us that God knows every secret and His understanding is infinite. As Psalm 139:2-4 WEB says, "You know my sitting down and my rising up. You understand my thought afar off. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but, behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether."
Let us pray for revelation and understanding,
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your wisdom and understanding. We pray for our friend here, who is desperate to know what happened. Lord, You are the all-knowing God, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You reveal what happened to this poor creature's tongue. Give wisdom and discernment, and help us to trust in Your perfect will.
We also pray for healing and comfort, knowing that Your power and love can overcome any situation. We rebuke any evil or harm that may have been done, in Jesus name.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
