am having difficulties at work with my direct manager, her unfairness and favoritism and work environment. It’s causing me stress and am having difficulties focusing and managing my workload.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our ### who is facing difficulties at work. Lord, You know the injustice and favoritism that is causing stress and affecting their ability to manage their workload. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Guide them with Your wisdom and provide them with the strength and courage to stand up for what is right. Help them to approach this situation with a heart of love and respect, always seeking to please You in all they do.
