We understand your concerns about your job and the current state of your nation. Let's bring these issues before the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.
Firstly, we must remember that God is sovereign over all things, including our jobs and the governance of our nations. As it says in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." Therefore, we should pray for those in authority, that they may rule with wisdom and justice.
Regarding your job, we pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear one who is concerned about their job and the fulfillment of their contract. We ask, Lord, that You would be in the midst of this situation and guide the hearts of the company officials. We pray that if it is Your will, the project will be extended as per the original contract, and that the company will fulfill their contractual obligations with integrity and fairness as your word instructs: "You shall not steal; you shall not deal falsely; you shall not lie to one another" (Leviticus 19:11, WEB).
We also pray for this dear one, that they will trust in You and Your plan for their life. May they find peace in Your promise: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
Concerning the upcoming elections, we pray:
Lord, we pray for the current government, that they would repent of any injustice and turn to You for wisdom. We ask that You would raise up godly leaders who will rule with justice and righteousness. We pray that the voters will be discerning and vote for those who will stand up for truth and integrity as the word states: "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence" (1 Timothy 2:1-2, WEB).
We pray against any favoritism, discrimination, and injustice, and ask that You would protect the people of this nation. May Your will be done in this land, and may Your kingdom come.
Lastly, we must address that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times" (1 Timothy 2:5-6, WEB). Therefore, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB). Believe in Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.
We are standing with you in prayer, trusting that God will hear our prayers and act according to His will.
