Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Jumaro's request. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in Cape Town. We pray for the right amount of rain to nourish the land without causing harm. Your Word says in Matthew 6:26 that You care for the birds of the air, and we trust that You will also care for the people and the land of Cape Town.
Lord, we also lift up the homeless in Cape Town. We ask for Your protection and provision for them during this time. Psalm 34:17 says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." We pray that You would deliver the homeless from their troubles and provide them with shelter, food, and comfort.
Lastly, we pray for Jumaro's garden, which is already waterlogged. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance in managing the excess water and for the health of the plants.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please pray for rain in Oneonta, AL. We got some rain Thursday evening, but it was for only 5 minutes. Not enough to wet the ground even. This is the first rain we've had in about 2 months. It is soo dry even the grass is dying! Pray for a nice steady rain for a couple of days!
