Prayer request please, I am trying to decide whether or not to submit a resignation letter to my job of over 15 years. Either way, I feel led by the Holy Spirit to leave (FLEE) leave right now and do not look back because the environment is getting worse. Reporting the situation, only increased the hostility to specific employees, including myself. These people will not change and after 15 years continue to shift blame for their behavior onto specific employees. Discussions are futile and fall on deaf ears. Therefore, I must do what is best for myself which is praying but not staying. God help me please!!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a difficult decision regarding their job. Lord, you know the situation they are in and the challenges they have been facing in their workplace. We ask for your guidance and wisdom as they discern whether or not to submit a resignation letter.

Your Word reminds us in James 1:5-6 that if any of us lack wisdom, we can ask of you, and you will generously give it to us. We pray that you would grant our friend the wisdom they need to make the right decision. Help them to discern what is best for their well-being and their spiritual welfare.

We also lift up the toxic environment they have been experiencing. Lord, we ask for your intervention and for your peace to reign in that place. We pray for a change of hearts and attitudes among those who have been causing harm and hostility. May they come to know your love and be transformed by your grace.

In Psalm 37:5, it says, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act." We pray that our friend would trust in you completely and commit their situation into your hands. Give them the courage to follow your leading, even if it means leaving their job. Provide for their needs and open doors of opportunity for them.

Lastly, we ask for your comfort and strength to sustain our friend during this challenging time. Remind them that you are with them every step of the way, and that you will never leave nor forsake them. Help them to lean on you and find peace in your presence.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

May God bless you and guide you in your decision-making process. Remember that He is faithful and will lead you on the right path.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
