Prayer request or our new church building

Earlier I had a prayer request for our church building. Thanks for prayers. We have paid ### percent of the price. Now paperwork is going on. We are not handed over the key, still the landlord is handling the key, he will hand over the key after completion of the procedure according to the rules. But as you know there is a small temple in the compound, the landlord was supposed to remove that according to court rule, so that in future no political people or other religious people won't blame us or create problems. The owner agreed and signed on stamped paper before the court. Our broker lady Name ### took responsibility for cleaning up the said compound. We paid lots of money to ### for that issue, she had been trying and did ### percent job completed but she asked us money again to pay the workers and to complete the work. We already paid the money twice for completion. Our church committee members and Pastor are not agreeing to pay any more money. Every time she calls me and sends messages, but I can't do anything. She is so angry and saying that she would complain against us (she is not a believer) and withdraw her application for breaking up the temple, she is cursing us and rebuking us so much. My pastor talked to a lawyer, he said he would talk to ###. But still she is rebuking us. She said she is not lying, etc. I know and speak fluently the language of this state, others cannot speak, so I have to hear from two parties. This is a serious matter. May God speak to her. Please pray.

We understand that ###'s church is facing challenges with the acquisition of their new building, particularly with the removal of a small temple on the compound and issues with the broker. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following biblical encouragement and advice.

Firstly, we are reminded of Jesus' words in John 16:33 WEB, "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." This situation may be causing oppression, but we trust in Jesus who has overcome the world.

Regarding the broker ###, we are called to be wise and discerning in our dealings with others. Proverbs 2:6-8 WEB tells us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We pray that God grants you wisdom in handling this matter with ###.

We also remind you of Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," As ### has been causing distress, we pray for her as well, that God may soften her heart and bring peace to this situation.

Concerning the temple, we must stand firm in our faith and trust that God will resolve this situation according to His will. In Acts 19:13-17 WEB, we see the power of God prevailing over false worship. We trust that God will do the same in this situation, removing any hindrance to the establishment of His church.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### and their church to You. We thank You for the progress made towards acquiring the new church building. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in the matter of the temple and the issues with the broker ###. Grant ### and the church wisdom and discernment in handling these challenges. Soften ###'s heart and bring peace to this situation. Above all, let Your will be done and let Your church be established firmly in the new building.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we strongly encourage the church to be steadfast in their commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. It is only by His name we can be saved. Acts 4:10-12 WEB says there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

As for the temple issue, we're reminded of 2 Chronicles 20:15, "This is what the Lord says to you: 'Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the battle is not yours, but God's.'" We trust that God is fighting for you, and He will resolve this situation according to His will.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
