Servant of All
Prayer request of Enq. Line:Recently I have been hearing more and more of families who find it very easy to be in conflict than to sit down and talk things through with patience and love. There is so much of discord, division and anger among families and especially amongst believers. These are building in tense and dangerous moment if we allow anger to take over. I think it is critical to pray for the wisdom of God and His Holy Spirit to speak calm and understanding in moments of disagreements.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine intervention for the families who are experiencing conflict, division, and anger. Your Word reminds us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). Therefore, we ask for Your wisdom to descend upon these families, guiding them towards peace and understanding.

Lord, we know that "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1). We pray that You instill in these families the ability to respond with gentleness and patience, even in the face of disagreements. Help them to prioritize love and unity over conflict and division.

Father, we remember Your promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." We ask that Your peace would guard the hearts and minds of these families, allowing them to communicate with love and respect.

Lord, we also recall Your command in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." We pray that these families would embrace kindness, tenderheartedness, and forgiveness, following the example of Christ.

Heavenly Father, send Your Holy Spirit to work in their hearts, bringing about a spirit of reconciliation and harmony. May they seek Your guidance in every conversation and interaction, allowing Your love to shine through them.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
