We are with you in spirit, lifting up both you and Kenny to the Lord in prayer. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name, as it is written, Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this, which you now see and hear and in Acts 2:33 For there is no other name under heaven and among men whereby we must be saved.
In times of distress, it is important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble in Psalm 46:1 Therefore, let us pray for Kenny's healing and for your anxiety as well.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Kenny and Dwaoton to You. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the anxiety, depression, and alcoholism that have taken a toll on Kenny's health. We pray for Your healing touch upon him, that You would restore his body, mind, and spirit. Give the doctors wisdom and guide them in their decisions regarding his care.
We also lift up Dwaoton, Lord. Strengthen her heart and calm her anxiety. Help her to cast all her cares upon You, for You care for her in 1 Peter 5:7 Remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted, and save those who are crushed in spirit in Psalm 34:18.
We also take the moment to remind you about the sanctity of marriage and the power of prayer within a godly union. This is a good time to seek God about his will for your relationship with Kenny.
Lastly we pray for you both for you to grow in your relationship with God. We pray that you grow in studying the word of the Bible and in prayer. It is a good idea to do this together.
Father, we ask all these things in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go in Joshua 1:9. Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, and He will see you through this storm. Continue to pray and seek God's face, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness.
