Prayer request: Friend said he is too old and may not be able to have kids

Prayer request: Friend said he is old and maybe not able to have kids. We had unprotected sex because he said he is old and had lower risk of getting anyone pregnant because he hasn't got anyone pregnant up to this day and he's older but now my stomach feels tight days after we had sex. I am unsure if it's from long workouts yesterday. Last night my stomach was feeling tighter. My stomach still feeling tight today. Please pray for me. I thought Friend being old and being kidless meant he can't have kids.
