I would like to start off by thanking each and every person who takes the time to read this post for your consideration and prayers. My 22 year old cousin, Lloyd recently learned that he has Hodskins lymphoma stage(s) 3-4. It has already spread to his bones and he may end up needing bone marrow. The cancer is currently in between his lungs and chest cavity primarily. He has started chemo and has had 2 treatments, thus far, and will have another tomorrow as long as his white blood cell count is high enough. He was unable to receive chemo the week before last do to his blood count being so low, but is hopefully back on track now w/his treatments. He has tried to remain strong throughout everything, but really broke down when he woke up to find his hair had fallen out all over his pillow. He is a Christian, attends church regularly, and is an all around great person to know. Especially, at the young age of 22, he is an incredible young man, whom always cares for others and puts others needs before his own. He is definately a very special person to me and to so many others. The response from our small community has been amazing. So many ppl are continuely praying for his recovery. God's grace and power to heal is truly amazing & incredible. I believe that the good Lord will heal him and he will be even better than he's ever been physically. Please pray for him in keep him in your thoughts and prayers as travels this long and painful journey. I ask that you pray that the Lord will touch him & heal him the way that only he can. I would also like to pray for my husband's cousin, Kari who is having a little bit of difficulty during her pregnancy being that she is a young diabetic. She is 19 years old, married to a wonderful young man, Shawn, and recently learned that she is pregnant w/their first child. She had an ultrasound yesterday & the Dr. saw a placenta but no baby, so at first told her that they believed that it was a ghost pregnancy. Later yesterday, the doctor called and said he believed he saw a yolk sac that was very small, which means she may not be as far along as they originally thought she was, but she is probably about 5 weeks pregnant. So, they will be having another ultrasound in 6 days from today to see if the yolk sac is getting bigger and to see if she is in fact pregnant. Needless to say, she and her husband, along w/the rest of the family are very worried. Last, but not least, I would like to pray for a friend of mine and her children, for they are going through an extremely personal and very tough family problem. I would like to pray for the entire family or anyone else who is affected by the problem they are having. Thank you for taking the time to read this and please do pray and have these people in your prayers, as I will pray for each of you and your prayer request. Thank you father for all these people, for our many loved ones, friends, and family, for your grace, for your guidance, and for all the many blessings you instow upon us all each day. In the name of the father, the son, and the Holy ghost. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
