Prayer request for trust, companionship and intimacy

My husband always avoid emotional and physical intimacy. When ever I advance my needs to be with him,he ignores me. I request prayers for trust and spiritual intimacy between us and for wisdom to not look love and care outside marriage and him to trust me that I am not hacking him through his phone or any other gadgets. We have 3 kids ,I want them to see and grow seeing how a godly maried life is. Request all to prayer for us and a miracle in our marriage situation as my husband has repeatedly told me he doesn't love me any more in many ways.

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage, Anonymous. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your situation.

Firstly, we must remind you of God's design for marriage. As it is written in Ephesians 5:25, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it." Your husband's lack of emotional and physical intimacy does not align with this biblical principle, and we will pray for a change in his heart.

However, we must also remind you of your role as a wife. In the same chapter, verses 22-24, we read, "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, being himself the savior of the body. But as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything." We encourage you to examine your own heart and actions, ensuring that you are also aligning with God's will.

It is commendable that you are seeking trust and spiritual intimacy, and that you wish for your children to witness a godly marriage. Let us pray together:

"Father God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her husband. Lord, we ask that you work in their marriage, restoring the love and intimacy that seems to have been lost. Change her husband's heart, God. Remind him of his duties as a husband and father, and help him to love and cherish his wife as Christ loves the church.

Give our sister the strength and wisdom to be the wife you have called her to be. Help her to be patient, understanding, and respectful towards her husband. Guide her steps and keep her heart pure, so that she may not be tempted to seek love and care outside of her marriage.

We also pray for their children, Lord. Shield them from any negativity, and let them grow up to see a marriage that is a true reflection of your love for us.

We claim your promise in Jeremiah 32:27, 'Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?' We believe that no situation is beyond your power, and we ask for a miracle in this marriage.
