Prayer request for toxic school staff in Az. One staff Verna is 2 faced to people. Sara bullies, threatens her staff because her father worked in the school district and that entitlement is used against other staff and her husband works with city police and that's also used against her staff and threats are spoken to staff about her family giving issues to staff if they decide to leave working for her. She's very needy of all her staff and she yells at them when she can't handle things in her own life or she ignores her student's health issues if she's not handling her home life. The nurses in the schools don't always do their own jobs especially in the special education department. The special education nurses rely on staff in classes to do all their jobs. School teacher staff with add, with adhd, with bi polar are extremely toxic at school. Most of the time they aren't getting along. They are talking about each other. They act racist at times and teachers in sped are allowed to segregate staff based on color, race

We come before You today to lift up this toxic work environment. We pray for Verna, that she may be convicted of her two-faced behavior and turn to honesty. We pray for Sara, that her heart may be softened, and she may cease the bullying and threats. Remind her that her worth is not found in her family connections, but in You, Lord.

'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.' (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)

Lord, we ask that You bring peace and unity to the school staff. Heal the divisions caused by racism and segregation, and help the teachers work together in harmony, regardless of their differences.

'There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.' (Galatians 3:28 WEB)

We also lift up the teachers dealing with ADD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. Lord, guide them and help them manage their conditions, and grant them peace and patience. Help them to support each other, rather than tear one another down.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for the nurses and the special education staff. Remind them of their duties and help them to support one another in their roles.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
