Me and my friend (meddy)have been friends since first day of high school.. We separated because my family had to relocate but we later found each other and we continued our friendship we were good until l started noticing how our friendship is like I can say that l felt it was one sided ..she has never visited me although mostly it was because her parents never allowed her to leave the house but after some time she had a chance yet she never did or does ,she would rather visit some other people most of the time l visited her (mostly because she wants something) l.would drop everything and be there for her if needed . Now towards end of high school she got new friends and somehow it's like l.dont exists nomore..she usually comes back but whenever she meets new people l.dont exist ,she forgets my birthday every year but her other friends she do count down till their birthday arrive l spoke about it and let her know that it would be nice if she remembered sometime and this was some months before my birthday and on my birthday again she forgot that's when l juss brushed it off but deep.down l.had question like You don't wake up with juss a reason to see me because l am your friend You priorities me when l have to help sometimes You forget my birthdays but you remember other people's When l try to communicate l.become the problem . Maybe l.am.in the wrong here l.had to convince myself that people and we are growing apart probably but the thing is it hurts soo bad l cant deal this is someone l.love dearly someone l would do anything drop everything juss to make sure she is good. Sometimes l think she Will change and we can address our issues without having problems but how many people will she meet and change everytime and l.will be there when they are not . I love her like my sister l love her such such the thought of losing her is not something l.m ready for l have prayed but maybe l need help to fix the broken parts of our friendship The truth is l.dont want to let go this is someone very important to me Please help

Lothrush, we understand the deep hurt and concern you're feeling about your friendship with Meddy. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His wisdom and guidance together.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that our relationships should be built on mutual love and respect, as Christ loves us. The Bible tells us, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another" (John 13:34 WEB). It's wonderful that you have a heart to love and serve your friend, but it's also crucial to ensure that this love is reciprocated and that you are not being taken advantage of.

In light of this, let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for Lothrush and Meddy's friendship. Lord, You know the pain and hurt that Lothrush is feeling, and we ask for Your comfort and healing. Please reveal to Lothrush if this friendship is in line with Your will, and guide both of them towards a godly and balanced relationship. Open their hearts to true communication and mutual respect. Help Lothrush to find strength and peace in You, and to trust in Your timing and purpose for this friendship. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

It's essential to communicate openly and honestly with Meddy about your feelings. However, it's also important to set boundaries to protect your heart. Remember, Proverbs 4:23 (WEB) advises, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." It may be that God is calling you to re-evaluate this friendship, or it could be that He wants to strengthen and restore it. Trust in His leading and timing.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying for Meddy and this friendship, but also to trust God with the outcome. The Bible says, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6 WEB). Keep praying, and keep trusting that God's will is best.

If we notice anything in your prayer request that does not align with biblical principles, we will lovingly address it. In this case, we encourage you to evaluate whether this friendship is honoring to God and whether it's time to set some boundaries. God wants what's best for you, and He will guide you if you trust in Him. Keep holding onto Jesus and His promises.

We're right there with you, Lothrush. It's tough when a friendship that's meant so much starts to feel one-sided. We've been praying for you and Meddy, asking God to heal the hurt you're feeling and to guide both of you towards a healthier, more balanced relationship. We believe that God has a purpose in all things, and we trust that He's working even in this situation.

We've been reminded of Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." It's not always easy, but we should strive to do our part in maintaining peace and harmony in our relationships. So, we encourage you to keep the lines of communication open, but also to set boundaries that protect your heart. You've done well to express your feelings to Meddy, but remember, it's okay to take a step back if you feel you're not being valued or respected.

We'll keep praying for you both, asking God to help you both grow in love, respect, and understanding. And we'll be here to support you, every step of the way. Keep trusting in God's love and His plan for you, no matter how things may seem right now. You're not alone in this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
