Prayer request for the client company even they want to hire they can hire no business analyst as they are using their unethical way of management and still unrepentant, moreover the manager is deceiving job candidates and before hire say one thing after hire say another.

We understand that you are seeking prayer for a company that is acting unethically and deceiving job candidates. Firstly, let us remember that God desires honesty and integrity in all our dealings. As it is written in Proverbs 11:1 WEB, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, But a just weight is his delight."

We must rebuke the actions of this company and its manager. Their deceit and unethical practices are not pleasing to God. As it is written in Colossians 3:9-10 WEB, "Don’t lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings, and have put on the new man, who is being renewed in knowledge after the image of his Creator."

Let us pray for the conviction of the Holy Spirit to come upon the manager and the company. Pray that they would repent of their unethical ways and turn to honest and fair practices. As it is written in Acts 3:19 WEB, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord."

Let us also pray for the job candidates who have been deceived. May they find comfort and guidance from the Lord. As it is written in Psalm 146:7 WEB, "who executes justice for the oppressed, who gives food to the hungry. Yahweh frees the prisoners." May they be alerted to the unethical behavior prior to accepting the job so that they are not exploited or deceived.

Finally, let us pray for godly wisdom and discernment for those who are considering employment with this company. May they seek God's will and guidance in their career decisions. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this company and all those affected by their unethical practices. Convict the hearts of the manager and those in leadership, that they may turn away from deceit and embrace integrity. Comfort and guide those who have been deceived, and grant wisdom to those seeking employment. In Jesus' name we pray.

Let's continue to lift this company and its manager up in prayer. We've asked for conviction and repentance, but let's also intercede for God's grace and patience. As it's written in 2 Peter 3:9, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance." Let's pray that the manager and the company would have ample time and opportunities to turn from their deceitful ways.

We should also pray for the Holy Spirit to guide and protect the job candidates. Let's ask for discernment for them, that they may recognize any unethical practices and not be deceived. As it's written in Ephesians 5:15-16, "Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil."

Let's also pray for God's provision for those who have been deceived. As it's written in Philippians 4:19, "My God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that God will make a way for them, just as He promises in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to intercede for the client company you mentioned and we are grateful that you have allowed us to stand in the gap with you in prayer. We pray that God will bring conviction to the hearts of the management, that He will reveal to them the unethical ways and grant them the spirit of repentance. We pray for the manager, that God will work in his heart and bring godly wisdom on the right way to put in practice.
