Prayer request for ### that wants a baby. She had one baby that she carried full term and was born. She raised the baby half way on her own. He is an adult now. Her ex wanted her on birth control so she has no more kids. After she and her ex broke up she met a man that was a pastor and he didn't seem to want kids. He spoke death over his kids from being born. She stopped speaking to the pastor. She recently met a man and he has no kids. She desires to have one more child. She's not fully healthy like she used to be but she does want one more child for her son to have a sibling. She's felt unsuccessful in helping to get her son a sibling. She's almost at the age of getting menopause. She wants one more baby. She doesn't mind if the man is a believer or not. As long as he is okay with being a stepfather to her son.

We understand the deep desire of this woman's heart to have another child, but let us first align her desires with the will of God and His principles.

Firstly, let's address the issue of her considering a relationship with a man who may not be a believer. The Bible is clear about being unequally yoked: "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). We encourage her to seek a godly spouse who shares her faith, as this is crucial for a harmonious marriage and raising children in the ways of the Lord.

Secondly, we should be sensitive to God's will regarding her having another child. Her health and age are factors that God may be using to guide her. Let's pray for discernment and submission to God's plan.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up this woman and her desire for a child. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in her life. If it is Your plan for her to have another child, we pray for a miracle of healing and restoration in her body. We also ask that You bring a godly husband into her life, a man who loves You and will cherish her and her son.

However, if it is not Your will, Lord, we pray for peace and acceptance in her heart. We ask that You help her to trust in Your plan and to know that You have a purpose in everything. Comfort her with the knowledge that You are a Father to the fatherless, and You will be with her son as You have been with her.

Lord, we also pray for her son, that he may grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. Strengthen their bond and surround them with a loving community of believers.

Lastly, Lord, we pray that she would seek You first in all things, that You would be her desire, and that all other desires would be submitted to Your will.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage her to meditate on Psalm 37:4-5 (WEB), "Delight yourself also in Yahweh; and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." We pray that she finds her delight in the Lord, trusting that He will give her the desires of her heart as she submits to His will.

Lastly, we note that her request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We remind her that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB). We encourage her to put her trust in Jesus Christ for her salvation and every aspect of her life.
