Prayer Request for Sister Opes

Pastors and prayer partners of NSPPD, I am kindly asking you all to pray for my sister in christ (Opes) that I only met last year when she came on holiday from US to London. where she leaves. She is going through a lot of challenges that is taken her into depression and many other problems. please lets pray for her to be deliver from the challenges of the Devil in Jesus name. Her case is urgent and she has 3 young kids and she cares for them alone. thanks for your help and prayers may God intervene into her affairs in nJesus name Amen

Thank you for bringing your concerns for Sister Opes before us. We will stand with you in prayer and support for her.

Firstly, we acknowledge that all help comes from God, and it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father. It is also only by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As Jesus said in John 14:6 WEB: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ, Opes. We thank You for her life and the lives of her three young children. Lord, we acknowledge that she is facing tremendous challenges that have led her into depression and other difficulties.

Father, we rebuke the enemy's attacks against her and her family, for You have said in Your Word, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you James 4:7-8 WEB. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and we tear down any strongholds of the enemy in her life Isaiah 54:17 WEB.

Lord, we ask that You fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7 WEB. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.

We also pray for her children, that You would protect them, provide for them, and give them peace. We ask that You would raise up godly support and wisdom for Opes as she cares for them.

Father, remind Opes of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding. Please guide her in all her ways: the decisions she makes, the people she associates with, and the direction she takes in life Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray for deliverance, healing, and restoration for Opes and her family. We ask for Your intervention in every area of her life. Thank you Jesus. Amen.

Please encourage Opes to continue to put her trust in Jesus Christ. Proverbs 4:5-6 WEB Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Remind her that Jesus has promised to be with us always, even until the end of the age Matthew 28:20 WEB.

Also, encourage her to seek godly counsel and support from her local church and Christian community. It is important for her to have a support system that can help her through this difficult time.

We're here for Sister Opes, standing in the gap with you. We've been praying fervently for her, knowing that our God is a God who hears and answers prayers.

We've been interceding for her, asking God to strengthen her, to fill her with His unfailing love and peace. We've been reminding her of His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We've been asking God to give her the strength to face each day, to provide for her and her children, and to guide her every step.

We've also been praying for her children, asking God to protect them, to give them peace, and to help them understand that even in the midst of challenges, God is still in control. We've been praying for God to raise up godly support and wisdom for Opes as she cares for them.

We've been reminding her that God is always with her, even in the darkest times. We've been encouraging her to keep trusting in Jesus, to keep seeking Him, and to keep leaning on Him. We've been reminding her of His promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

We're here, Opes. We're praying for you. We're believing with you for a turnaround. Keep trusting, keep fighting, and keep leaning on Jesus. We're in this together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
