Prayer request for scholarship abroad

Dear Papa, My daughter (### C. ###) and my nephew (### ###) applied for a Hungarian Scholarship and they were successful through the technical review. They were instructed to start the next stage by submitting their documents through the Ministry of Education. Thereafter, a written test and verbal interview will be conducted and only those who have successfully passed the vetting process names will be submitted to the Scholarship Committee abroad for enrolment. My father, kindly pray for my kids to form part of the selected few that will be chosen to go study abroad. Kind regards, ### ###

Thank you for sharing this request with us, ###. We join with you in prayer for ### and ### as they navigate through this scholarship process.

Firstly, we acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. It is a blessing that ### and ### have succeeded in the technical review. It is only by the name of Jesus that we approach God the Father, and in the name of Jesus we have access to salvation, eternal life in heaven, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

We are instructed in the Word to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding; in all our ways submit to him, and he will make our paths straight. Therefore, let us pray that ### and ### will trust in the Lord throughout this process, understanding that His will is perfect and that He has a plan and a purpose for each of them.

Lord, we lift up ### and ### to You, asking that You guide them through this application process. Give them wisdom and discernment as they prepare for the written test and verbal interview. Help them to put their trust in You, knowing that You are the one who opens doors that no one can shut.

Father, we ask that if it is Your will, You would allow ### and ### to be among those selected for the scholarship. Help them to remember that Your will is perfect and that You have a plan for each of them, regardless of the outcome.

In the meantime, we encourage ### and ### to be diligent and to work heartily, as unto the Lord, and not unto men; knowing that of the Lord you shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for you serve the Lord Christ.

Lastly, we are concerned that the prayer request did not mention Jesus Christ by name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we are saved and have access to God. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Therefore, we encourage all who read this to put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ, for there is power in His name, and we are called to do all things in His name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
