We understand your concern for your daughter's career and we will join you in prayer regarding her job in real estate. Let us come together and seek God's will concerning this situation.
Firstly, we remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB): "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that your daughter will work with this mindset, seeking to honor God in her profession.
However, we must also remember that our trust should not be in meetings or deals, but in the Lord. As it is written in Psalm 37:7 (WEB), "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."

"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up ###'s daughter. Lord, we ask that you guide her in her career, that you would open doors for her that no man can shut, and give her favor in her real estate dealings. But most importantly, Lord, we ask that you would draw her heart to you, that she would seek your kingdom first, knowing that all these things will be added to her (Matthew 6:33). Help her to trust in you, and not in her own abilities or the uncertainty of deals. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
If your daughter is not yet walking with the Lord, we encourage you to share the good news of Jesus Christ with her. It is only through Him that we have access to God and can experience true peace and eternal life (John 14:6).
