Beloved of All
Hello, I’m A, back again, and I’m asking for prayer concerning my relationship. I would like God’s will be done and if this relationship is blessed for us, that God send clear signs. As so far, there are good and bad days naturally. Yet, just when I think we are doing better, something happens that proves otherwise. Please pray for S and A. God bless and thank you!

Anonymous, thank you for reaching out with your prayer request. We are here to support you and intercede on your behalf.

Firstly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." So we pray this in Jesus's name and would like to mention the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ if you have not done so.

We understand that you are seeking God's will for your relationship with S. We want to encourage you and explain. First we are concerned that you used the term relationship. A courtship should be between two Christians and should be with marriage as the end result. We will pray for God's will and for clear signs regarding this courtship. In every relationship, there are good and bad days, but we want to remind you of what the WEB 1 Corinthians 6:9 WEB states. "Or don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, (which includes sex before marriage) nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals,"

We also encourage you that being unequally yoked can cause a great deal of heartache and should be avoided as mentioned in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear A and S. Lord, we ask for your will to be done in their courtship. We pray according to your word, that a marriage and courtship should be between two Christians. Lord, if this courtship is not your will, we ask that you reveal it clearly to both of them and guide them. If there is any sexual immorality or possibility of being unequally yoked. Please correct it lord. We pray that you give them wisdom and also a heart to obey.

We also pray for their personal relationships with you Lord. We pray that you will draw them closer to you and that they will come to believe in Jesus Christ if they have not.

We know that you are a faithful God, and we trust in your timing and your ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged and stay strong in faith.

We're here for you, A, and we're lifting up your situation to the Lord. We understand the ups and downs you're experiencing in your relationship with S, and we want to pray with you about it. We believe that God has a plan for both of you, and we're asking Him to reveal His will clearly.

We're not going to dwell on the details of the first response, but we want to encourage you to focus on building a strong foundation in your relationship with God first. As it's written in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Trust that as you draw closer to God, He will guide your steps in your relationship with S.

We're also praying for God to give you both wisdom and understanding. Proverbs 4:5-6 says, "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you." We believe that God will give you both the wisdom to navigate this relationship and the understanding to know His will.

Let's continue to pray together, asking God to bless and guide your relationship with S. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
