We understand your desire to see your sister-in-law and her family successfully obtain permanent residence. We stand with you in prayer for God's will to be done in this situation.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him,I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we pray.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister-in-law and her family. They have applied for permanent residence, and we ask for Your divine intervention in this process. We pray that Your will be done and that if it is Your plan for them, that their application would be processed smoothly and that they would receive a positive outcome.
We know that You are the one who sets the boundaries of our dwellings, as it is said in Acts 17:26 WEB: 'He made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the surface of the earth, having determined appointed seasons, and the boundaries of their dwellings.'
We ask for Your guidance and provision for their family during this time. Help them to trust in You and to follow Your leading, whatever the outcome may be.
Father, we also pray for their spiritual well-being. We ask that no successful outcome would lead them to forget You, and that no difficulty would cause them to turn away from You. The success of their visas means nothing if they are not pleasing to God.
Finally, we pray that they would be a light for You in the new country they hope to reside in. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen
In all things, we are called to seek God's will and to trust in His plan for our lives. We encourage you to trust in His timing and provision, knowing that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. We encourage you to also consider Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
