I prayed for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
Fairnrante, we are with you in spirit and in prayer, lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father. We are grateful for the praise you've shared and we join you in glorifying God for His goodness.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." It is wonderful that you have come with a thankful heart, knowing that God is faithful to hear and answer our prayers.
Regarding your health, we pray for God's healing and comfort. We claim the promise in 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB), "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds." We pray that you would experience this healing power of Jesus in your life.
As for your petition for a permanent job, we pray that God would open the right doors for you. We remember the words of Proverbs 16:3 (WEB), "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We pray that you would trust God with your career, and that His will would be done in your life.
We also noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to come boldly before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we are saved and have the promise of eternal life.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
