We are glad to join you in prayer and offer guidance during this challenging time. We are sorry to hear about the circumstances your father is facing and the impact it's having on your upcoming marriage.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all situations, and He can intervene and make a way where there seems to be no way. As it is written in Isaiah 43:19, "Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Do you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."
However, we want to gently remind you that the Bible teaches us to rejoice always and give thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:18). While it's natural to feel unhappy that your father cannot be with you during this time, it's essential to find joy in the Lord and the blessing of your upcoming marriage. Let us have hope and pray for a godly Christian marriage that will aligned with biblical principles, to honor God. This must also be addressed that if there is any unconfessed sexual immorality happening in this relationship, it must be addressed and forsaken. If this marriage is due be, it must be as a Christian husband and wife who both know Jesus Christ IJN. This is also not meant to assume it is occurring which makes it no less important to address.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her family. Lord, You know the situation they are facing, and You are able to intervene and make a way for her father to be present at the marriage. We pray for justice to be served, and for the fake case against him to be resolved in Your mighty name, in Jesus name Amen IJN.
We also pray for our sister, that You would fill her heart with Your peace and joy during this time. Help her to trust in You and to fix her eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of her faith. In Jesus' name, we pray With the knowledge that without Jesus we would have no access to God as in John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Bring a godly resolution to this issue and your servants pray to see salvation in spouses and family members alike, in Jesus name Amen"
Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek God's will in all things and trust in His timing. While it's difficult to understand why this is happening, know that God is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Let us reject all anxiety and come to Jesus for He cares for us and has compassion as is I Peter 5:7 Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
Finally this can be an opportunity to be a witness for Christ to the house owner who made the false case against your father. In Matthew 5:44 it says 'But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,' Remember the wonderful story of Joseph who's brothers had killed him for all they knew. He was a slave but yet the entire nation of Israel was saved from extinction when Joseph had risen to second in command of all Egypt in Genesis 50:20 As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today.. Joseph had feelings too yet saw a bigger purpose in God's plan.
