Let's lift up 
We understand your concern for the peace of your state and your personal financial situation. Let us bring these before the Lord together, seeking His will and intervention.
Firstly, we are reminded of God's promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (WEB), "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Let us pray for the people of your state, that we may humble ourselves, repent, and seek God's face, so that He may bring peace and healing to the land.
For your financial breakthrough, we recall Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB), "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Let us pray that God will help you focus on His Kingdom first, trusting that He knows your needs and will provide according to His riches in glory.
However, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us pray in His name, believing in the power of His name for salvation and provision.
