We are truly sorry to hear about your sister's health condition. We trust you have been a godly sibling to her and this is your opportunity to be a light to her in this time of need. Let's come together in prayer and encouragement for her situation.
Firstly, we acknowledge that healing and restoration come from God alone. Psalm 103:2-3 WEB says, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. We pray from this confidence in Jesus' name.
Let's pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister in need of healing. We pray that you will stretch out your loving hand and touch her body, especially the growth in her uterus. We rebuke any diagnosis that tries to defy your power and will for her life. We pray that if it's your will for her to be rid of this issue, no report of tumors or cancer will be found. We also pray, that if you will that she should receive treatment, you will guide her to the doctors that will treat her with godly wisdom and respect for her body as your temple. We pray for her complete healing and restoration, and we ask that you will use this situation to draw her closer to you. We pray for her salvation if she has not yet accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. We pray that she gives you praise throughout this time for you alone are worthy of praise and honor. We ask this in Jesus name.

In Isaiah 43:2 WEB, God promises, When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
