We are truly sorry to hear about your mom's health condition, and we are here to pray and offer some biblical encouragement for you and your family.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our healer and that His will is perfect. We should pray for your mom according to God's will, remembering that He has the power to heal and that He works all things together for good to those who love Him. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for ###'s mom. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand before You. We ask, according to Your will, that You would bring healing to her body, especially the pain in her leg. We also pray for strength and peace for ### and their family during this time. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your loving care. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.
We also encourage you to stand on God's promises for healing. Here are some verses from the World English Bible (WEB):
"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." - Isaiah 53:5
"He said, 'If you will listen carefully to Yahweh your God's voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.'" - Exodus 15:26
Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by His name that we can be saved. As it is written:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" - Acts 4:12
We encourage you, ###, to continue praying fervently for your mom's healing and for God's will to be done in her life and in your family. Trust in God's goodness and faithfulness, even in this difficult time, knowing that He is a healing and a loving God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
