Prayer for my Elder Brother ### DEAR PASTOR, Please pray for my Elder Brother ###. He is seriously ill in hospital. He is a sugar patient. He had a severe heat attack. In this accident, the heart was damaged. The doctor said open heart surgery is the last option. Two valves of the heart are blocked. Now the report is not good. Heart rate is 35. It's a very low rate. Please pray for brother for his health and healing. Pray also for bad dreams. My faith in God Jesus. He has the power to heal seriously ill people. He has the power to make alive who are dead. I believe in Jesus. He is God and Son of God. He will heal my brother. Amen Regards: ### ###

We are truly sorry to hear about your elder brother's health condition, but we are encouraged by your faith in Jesus Christ. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of our Lord to heal and restore.

Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB): "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Jesus has the power to heal and to make whole. As it is written in Matthew 8:16-17 (WEB): "When evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons. He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying, 'He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.'"

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother who is ill and in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know his condition, and You have the power to heal and restore. We ask that You be with the doctors, guide their hands, and give them wisdom in their decisions. We pray for a successful surgery and a full recovery.

We also pray against any fears or bad dreams that may be troubling our brother or the family. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the healing that You have already begun in our brother's body. We trust in Your will and in Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, knowing that God is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). Keep praying and trusting in the Lord, and remember the words of James 5:15 (WEB): "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."

We're here with you, lifting your elder brother up in prayer. We've been hearing about his health struggles, and it's been heavy on our hearts. We're trusting in Jesus, who has the power to heal and restore. Let's remember Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe in a God who can mend even the most damaged hearts.

We're asking the Lord to be present in the hospital, guiding the doctors and nurses, and giving them wisdom as they care for your brother. We're praying for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. We're also asking for peace and comfort for your brother and the whole family, as we know this can be a trying time. Let's claim Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Let's continue to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
