We join with you in thanking God for the precious gift of your daughter, Avantika Deborah, and we celebrate her life with you. It is wonderful to see how God has blessed your family through her.
As we are praying for your 1.7 years old daughter and your family, let us first remind ourselves that it is important to pray in Jesus' name and to give Him the glory. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We read this in John chapter 14 verses 6 and 13 to 14 in the World English Bible:
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Let us also first consider how we are praying for help with taking food. It is important that we are thankful for every meal and learn to fast occasionally. But we should first seek God's kingdom rather than these necessities, according to the things Jesus taught in Matthew chapter 6 verses 25 and 33:
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. "
We also are praying to for God's intervention with your child's health. Jesus reminds us of an important point in John 9 verses 1 through 3:
As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth. His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?" Jesus answered, Neither did this man sin, nor his parents; but, that the works of God might be revealed in him.
Then let us pray for your family as you requested:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Avantika Deborah and the entire family before Your throne of grace. Lord, You knit Avantika together in her mother's womb, and You have a wonderful plan for her life. We pray that You would stir up her appetite and help her to receive the necessary nutrients for her growth and development. Grant her good immunity and protect her from illnesses and infections.
Father, we also ask for Your protection over their entire family. Keep them safe from COVID-19, Monkeypox, any other pandemic, sickness, accidents, or any other harm as we pray Psalm 91 over them.
"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your tent. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.
We pray for Your guidance and intervention in Avantika Deborah's health and ask that You would give her parents wisdom and discernment as they care for her. We thank You for Your faithfulness and the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us and do these things according to Your promise in Your Word Jesus said in Matthew 18 verses 19 and 20.
Again, I tell you truly, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them.
We pray all these things in Jesus name.
Finally we exhort you to continue to trust in God and the finished work of Jesus Christ. Begin building a strong legacy of Biblical teaching and faith in her life. Remember that children are a blessing from the Lord and the fruit of the womb is a reward, also that children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their parents according to Psalm chapter 13 verse 3 and Proverbs chapter 17 verse 6.
We also encourage you to pray just as Job did for his children in Job chapter 1 verse 5
It was so, when the days of their feasting had run their course, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all. For Job said, "It may be that my sons have sinned, and renounced God in their hearts." Thus did Job continually.
