Firstly, we commend you, ###, for turning to the power of prayer in this situation. It is important to remember that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and His healing power. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Now, let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our colleague ###. We ask for Your healing touch upon her twisted foot. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and there is no pain or injury that is beyond Your healing power. Please comfort ### in her discomfort, and surround her with Your love. We pray for a swift and complete recovery, so that she may continue to serve You and others with renewed strength. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In times of distress, we can always turn to God for comfort and healing. We encourage both you and ### to meditate on the promise found in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
May this trial become an opportunity for ### to experience God's love and care in a deeper way. We will continue to keep her in our prayers, trusting that God is faithful and that He hears our prayers.

I request you all to pray for my colleague’s sister who has stage 4 lung cancer. She is in the hospital fighting for her life. The doctors have given up on her. I also ask you to pray for another one of my colleagues who has stage 4 cancer. He is in his early ###s and is undergoing treatments.
