Asking for breakthrough prayers for my children as one is writing Grade ### and one 1st year university examination. Also asking for employment mercy and favour for my daughter who is jobless with Social Work degree.

Firstly, let us remember the promise in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope.'" This promise is for your children as well, so let us stand in faith, believing that God has great plans for them.
For your child writing Grade 12 exams and the other in their first year of university, we pray:
"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for a spirit of wisdom and revelation for these students. Let the words of Colossians 1:9-10 be manifest in their lives, that they may be 'filled with the knowledge of [God's] will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that they may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.' Lord, help them to study diligently, to understand and retain information, and to excel in their examinations. Be with them in times of stress, and let your peace rule in their hearts, in Jesus' name."
For your daughter seeking employment, we pray:
"Lord, we lift up ###'s daughter to you. We ask that you open doors of opportunity for her, that she may find favor in the job market. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
