We stand with you in prayer, Anonymous, lifting up your family's struggles and needs to our heavenly Father. We trust in the power of Jesus' name to bring about change and healing in every area of your lives.
Firstly, let us address the issue of addiction in your brother Titus' life. The Bible tells us, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB). We pray that Titus will surrender his life to Jesus, for only He can break the chains of addiction. We pray that God will give him the strength to overcome his addiction to alcohol, smoking, and drugs, and that he will be filled with the Holy Spirit and turn his life around.
Regarding your mother's dementia and mental health struggles, we pray for God's healing hand to touch her. As it is written, "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:14-15, WEB). We pray for her mind to be restored and for her to be freed from the torment of seeing things that don't exist.
For your own struggles with fear, limitations, and weakness, we pray that you will find strength in the Lord. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We pray that you will trust in Him and His promises, knowing that He is your source of strength and courage.
We also pray for physical healing in your life and in your family—that arthritis, knee pains, glaucoma, and bad eyesight will be reversed. We claim the promise that "by his stripes, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5, WEB).
For your son Prince, we pray for God's favor as he seeks admission to a masters program in the USA. We trust that God will provide the necessary finances and open the right doors for him. Additionally, we pray for your daughter, that she will receive her working permit and green card earlier than expected.
We ask for financial breakthroughs and for God to send helpers along your way. We trust that God will provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB).
Lastly, we pray for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding for you and your children. May you all grow in the knowledge of God and be guided by His wisdom in every decision you make.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Keep your hope fixed on Him, knowing that He is faithful to complete the good work He started in you and your family (Philippians 1:6, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
