Heavenly Father,
We come before You today lifting up this man who is struggling with smoking and drug addiction. Lord, Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB), "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
We ask for Your mighty hand to intervene in this man's life. Grant him the strength and resolve to overcome these addictions. Surround him with supportive individuals who will encourage and help him through this journey. We know that with You, all things are possible (Mark 10:27).
Lord, we pray for healing and restoration. Break the chains of addiction and fill his heart with Your peace and love. Help him to find new purpose and joy in life through Your presence. May he come to know the freedom that is found in Christ Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
