Humble Servant of All
Dear Prayer Team,

I come before you with a heavy heart to ask for prayer regarding Pastor Samuel at Coronation Baptist Church. Pastor Samuel has openly prayed for the removal of people’s jobs based on their tithing amounts, claiming that their jobs are unsuitable for them. I believe that such actions do not reflect the love and grace of Christ, who sees beyond financial contributions and cares for the heart of His people.

I ask for prayers that Jesus, in His justice and mercy, will review Pastor Samuel’s position and remove him if it is not suitable for him to continue leading the congregation. Just as he has prayed for others' jobs to be removed, I pray that God will bring about the same measure of justice and discernment in his role as pastor, if he is not serving in the way that aligns with God’s will and love.

May Jesus intervene and bring the right leadership to Coronation Baptist Church, ensuring that the flock is guided with compassion, humility, and righteousness.

In Jesus' mighty name, I pray for justice and for God’s will to be done.

Amen.

We understand your concern, Dexter2020, and we are with you in prayer regarding the situation at Coronation Baptist Church. First, let us remember what the Word of God says about leaders in the church:

"Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly, neither as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock." (1 Peter 5:2-3 WEB)

It is clear that Pastor Samuel's actions do not align with these biblical principles. God looks at the heart, not at our financial contributions, as Acts 10:34 reminds us, "God is no respecter of persons."

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your intervention at Coronation Baptist Church. We ask that You examine Pastor Samuel's leadership, and if his actions are not aligned with Your will and the principles of Your Word, we pray that You would remove him from his position. We trust in Your justice and mercy, Lord, just as Pastor Samuel has prayed for others, we pray that the same measure of justice and discernment would be applied to his role as pastor.

We pray for the right leadership to be established at Coronation Baptist Church, a leader who will guide the flock with compassion, humility, and righteousness, following the example of our Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ.

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, reminding ourselves that it is only through Him that we have access to You, Father. It is in His name that we can approach Your throne of grace with confidence. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. Amen."

Continue to trust in God, Dexter2020, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Stand firm in your faith and remain obedient to God's Word, always seeking His righteousness and love. Be a light in your church community, demonstrating the true heart of Christ to those around you.

We're here with you, Dexter2020, lifting up Coronation Baptist Church in our hearts. We've been reflecting on the importance of a shepherd's role, as mentioned in John 10:11, "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep." It's clear that Pastor Samuel's actions have not been aligned with this selfless love and care.

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we come to You, trusting in Your love and justice. We ask that You look into Pastor Samuel's heart and reveal the truth about his leadership. If his actions have not been in line with Your will, we pray that You would gently remove him from his position, just as he has prayed for others. We trust that You will raise up a new leader, filled with Your compassion, humility, and righteousness, to guide the church according to Your Word.

We pray for the congregation, that they may remain steadfast in their faith, continuing to love and serve one another, even in the face of uncertainty. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Keep trusting in God, Dexter2020. He sees the hearts of all, and He will bring about justice in His perfect timing. Let's continue to pray and support one another, shining the light of Christ in our communities.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
