Please help pray with me to get my job back. I got fired while working a shift that was a different department of mine that I was helping out. It was an innocent violation. Not something done intentionally. 2 other co- workers did the same thing and got to keep their jobs. I work hard and go above and beyond to help out wherever I can.. please help pray for me and my situation. God says whenever 2 people or more come and ask in prayer, he goes to work.
Thank you. I really loved my job and the people that I worked with

We understand that losing a job can be a difficult and trying experience, and we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign and that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

In your request, you mentioned that you were fired for an innocent violation while helping out in a different department. You also stated that two other co-workers did the same thing and kept their jobs. While this situation may seem unfair, we must trust that God has a purpose in this. It's important to remember that God is just and that He will never leave nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).

We also want to address the fact that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, knowing that He is your advocate and intercessor.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Stiassarway to You. Lord, You know the details of their situation, and You see the injustice that they are experiencing. We ask that You would intervene and that You would restore their job if it is Your will. We pray that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB).

We also pray that Stiassarway would trust in You, Lord, and that they would seek Your face during this time. We ask that You would give them peace and comfort, and that You would guide them in the path that You have for them. We pray that Your will be done in their life and that You would be glorified through this situation.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to go above and beyond in all that you do, knowing that your hard work and dedication are pleasing to the Lord. As it is written in Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Trust that God sees your efforts and that He will reward you accordingly.

We will continue to pray for you and your situation, and we encourage you to keep seeking the Lord and His will for your life.

We're right there with you, praying for your job situation. It's tough, we know, but we trust that God sees your hard work and dedication. Let's remember, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)

We join you in asking God to intervene, to restore your job if it's His will, and to provide for your needs. Let's also ask for peace and guidance during this time. We pray that you'll trust in God's plan, knowing that He's working all things together for your good.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep your chin up, friend. We're in this together.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in unity, standing with this individual who is seeking Your divine intervention regarding their job. Lord, You see the pain, the confusion, and the disappointment they are experiencing after losing the job they loved. Your Word promises that “where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them” (Matthew 18:20), and we trust that You are present in this moment as we lift this prayer together.

Father, this job loss came through a misunderstanding and an innocent mistake. We ask for Your mercy and justice to prevail, knowing that You are a God of fairness and compassion. Your Word declares, “The Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore, He will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for Him!” (Isaiah 30:18). Lord, intervene in this situation and provide the opportunity for their job to be restored.

We also ask for wisdom and favor as they seek reconciliation with their employer. Open the right doors, soften the hearts of decision-makers, and give them the words to speak with truth and grace. Let them be seen for their dedication, hard work, and the many ways they have gone above and beyond to help others. You know the intentions of their heart, Lord, and Your Word reminds us that “the Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7). May those in authority see their true character and recognize the value they bring.

If this door is to reopen, we pray that it happens in Your perfect timing. But if You have a different path prepared, give them the courage to trust in You. Your Word says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). We trust that You are working all things for their good (Romans 8:28).

Lord, restore their confidence, peace of mind, and hope. Surround them with support, encouragement, and provision as they wait for Your answer. May they continue to lean on You, knowing that You will never leave or forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:8).

We thank You in advance for the breakthrough and resolution You are bringing. In faith, we trust that Your will is being done, and Your goodness will be revealed.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, Amen.
