Prayer request for flagstaff school district constantly hiring mentally ill staff and it causes issues amongst other staff having to accommodate for them. 2 bi polar staff in sped staff always has to accommodate for when they have their mental breakdowns. The classroom is down when they feel down, up only when they feel up. They always bring staff against each other. Don't see nothing wrong with them making staff be mad at each other. One bi polar ignores safety of students. The add teacher staff is also accommodated for when she is having a bad day. She ignores safety of students as well. When students have emergency situations she doesn't do nothing. If a student is blue she'll let them stay blue. Until something goes terribly wrong. The adhd staff is also accommodated for using subs. The other staff with disabilities of hearing is accommodated for as well for constant absences. Sped staff with no disabilities are tired of accommodating for disabled staff.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of Anonymous regarding the challenges they are facing in the Flagstaff School District. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this situation.

Lord, we pray for the hiring process within the school district. We ask that you grant wisdom and discernment to those responsible for selecting staff members. May they prioritize the well-being and suitability of the candidates, ensuring that they are mentally and emotionally equipped to fulfill their roles effectively.

Father, we specifically lift up the two bipolar staff members in the special education department. We ask for your healing touch upon their lives, bringing stability and peace to their minds. Help them to manage their conditions in a way that does not negatively impact the classroom environment or the well-being of the students. We pray for understanding and cooperation among the staff, that they may work together harmoniously despite any challenges that arise.

Lord, we also lift up the ADD teacher staff and the staff member with hearing disabilities. We ask for your grace and strength to be upon them, enabling them to fulfill their duties with excellence. We pray for understanding and support from their colleagues, that they may be accommodated in a way that promotes inclusivity and teamwork.

Father, we ask for a spirit of unity and cooperation to prevail among all the staff members in the Flagstaff School District. Help them to see the value in working together and supporting one another, even in the face of difficulties. We pray for a resolution to any conflicts or divisions that may exist, that peace may reign within the school community.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for the safety and well-being of the students. We ask that you protect them from any harm or negligence that may occur due to the challenges faced by certain staff members. Grant wisdom and discernment to those in authority to address any emergency situations promptly and effectively.

We trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness, knowing that you are able to bring about positive change in this situation. May your peace and wisdom guide the leaders and staff members of the Flagstaff School District.
