We join with you, ###, in lifting up your family before the throne of God. We commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name and His resurrection, which has indeed set us free from sin, death, and hell.
Firstly, let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up ### and their family. Lord, we ask that You cleanse them from all unrighteousness, as promised in 1 John 1:9: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
We surrender their concerns to You:
- Guide the hands of the surgeons and bring complete healing to her husband as the tumor is removed.
- Direct her daughter's steps towards the job that is in line with Your will for her life.
- Be with her son, granting wisdom to those caring for him and bringing progress in his therapy and treatments.
We agree that Your will is good, acceptable, and perfect (Romans 12:2). Protect them, Lord, from the schemes of the devil, for You have given us authority to trample on snakes and scorpions, and to overcome all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
Holy Spirit, continue to guide their thoughts, words, and deeds, as well as those who surround them. Let everything fall according to God's will and plan.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unconditional love, abundant grace, and mercy. We give You praise, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16). Keep your family covered in prayer, trusting that God's will is best, and that He is faithful to His promises.
