Let us first assure ### that we are lifting them up in prayer and seeking God's will together in Jesus' name. We understand that they are facing depression, tension in the workplace, and harassment. First, we want to remind ### of the power of Jesus' name and that it is only by His name that we have access to God. It is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Lord, You see the pain and depression that ### is experiencing, the tension and harassment they are facing in the workplace. We pray for Your divine intervention, that You would surround ### with Your peace that passes all understanding, as it is written in Philippians 4:7 WEB, 'and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.'
Father, we pray for ###'s workplace. We pray that You would soften the hearts of those around them, that You would turn harassment into kindness, and tension into understanding. We pray that ### would be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your love and grace to those around them.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s emotional and mental health. Depression can be a heavy burden, but we know that You are a God who heals. We pray that ### would be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God, and that they will experience Your grace and mercy that is new every morning.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirits of depression, anxiety, and harassment and we speak peace, joy, and love over ###'s life and relationships to others. We pray that ### will cry out to You, Lord, and that You will hear their prayers and be close to them, as it is written in Psalm 34:17-18 WEB, 'The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.'
We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen."
###, we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Remember that God is your strength and your shield. He is a God who sees and knows all that you are going through. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.
Lastly, we encourage ### to seek godly counsel and support from fellow believers and professionals if needed. It is important to remember that seeking help is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. God uses others to help us in our times of need.
