Thank you for praying! Yes we are both believers as mentioned we waited for the one God has for us.We understand that you are seeking an internal transfer job with a TN visa and have a timeline in mind for your marriage. Firstly, we would like to address something of concern. You mentioned that you have a fiancé. This implies that you are in a romantic relationship with someone. There is no biblical basis for romantic relationships and engagements. The relationship should be a courtship with the goal of marriage, provided it is godly and according to biblical principles. First, let's address the issue of marriage.
Let us look at what the scriptures say about marriage. "'For this reason a man will leave his father and his mother, and will be joined to his wife. And the two will become one flesh?' So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, do not let man tear apart." Mark 10:7-9 WEB.
From the Bible verse above, we can see that marriage is intended to be a lifelong union between a man and a woman where the goal is to be joined to their spouse and be no more two, but one flesh.
Also, note that if you are planning to marry a non-believer or someone who does not share your faith and trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, this is not in accordance with biblical principles. As the scriptures say, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB. Additionally, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." John 15:5 WEB.
We would also like to point out that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:10-12 WEB says, "be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.' There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Regarding your job transfer, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and will. It is wonderful that you have plans, but always remember that our plans are subject to God's will. "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Psalm 37:5-6 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Bhaonar's situation. Lord, we pray for your will to be done in their life. We ask that you guide them in their career and in their plans for marriage.
Lord, we pray for your wisdom and discernment. We ask that Bhaonar will be compliant with biblical principles and your will for their life. Lord, we pray that you will bless them and keep them in their ways. We ask for your guidance regarding the internal transfer and TN Visa. Grant them favor with their employer and the immigration process.
Finally, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is in his name that we pray, for it is written, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you will ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." Matthew 21:22 WEB.
We pray for these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
If this is your first time coming before God in prayer, confess your sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the son of God that died for your sins, and start a relationship with God.
And it shall be that whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21 WEB.
For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 WEB
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10 WEB
