Let's bring this situation before the Lord together, seeking His wisdom and intervention.
Firstly, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" This instruction is clear and applies to our situation with this colleague. We are to respond to their actions with love, blessing, and prayer. This does not mean we ignore or accept their toxic behavior, but rather, we first align our hearts with God's will, seeking good for them and trusting God to handle the situation.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our colleague, Rupa, to You. Lord, You know the situation we are facing and the difficulties we are experiencing due to their actions. We ask that You would soften their heart and open their eyes to see the harm they are causing IJN.
We pray that You would bless Rupa and draw her closer to You. Help her to see the value of teamwork, and the importance of inclusion and fairness. Lord, we ask that You would convict her heart and bring about a change in her behavior. Help her to see the worth and contributions of each team member, including our own.
We refuse to be discouraged by this situation. Instead, we choose to hope with miraculous expectancy believing in Jesus and his love and forgiveness of sin. We know God that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. We are praying to eternal God from eternal glory to eternal glory through You Our Lord Jesus Christ.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for ourselves. Help us to respond to this situation in a way that honors You. Guide our actions and words, and give us the strength to endure with patience and grace. We know God You are always working and accomplishing in our lives. We know in addition that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Help us to remember that vengeance is not our purview. While encouraging this colleague to better behavior with appropriate and Godly communication, the results are not up to us, "Don't say, 'I will pay back evil.' Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you." Proverbs 20:22 remind her that she should repent from her manipulating behavior
We know it is easy to pray that we are rid of this person, In Jesus Name we ask that she remain. There is no grace if we only have pleasant or non to slightly challenging colleagues. Rather we ask for her continued residence that we, the entire group may overcome evil with good. We ask for us God that we may be able; By our lives, may they see You life and glorify the Father, which is in heaven.
We ask this in the name of Jesus, knowing that it is only by His name that we have access to God even now, only having Jesus as intercessor for salvation; Jesus is salvation, that by believing in his life, death and resurrection. Only then can we go from glory to glory
We trust You to intervene in the situation and bring about a positive change and believe to see this thanking You in advance for the investment of our faith and prayer. Now God unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, [we give] honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen in Jesus Christ Name
Remember, God is in control, and He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths and give you strength to not be weary in well doing for in due season you will reap if you do not faint. Galatians 6:9.
