Prayer Request for A New Job Position

Good morning pastor, I’m up and I can’t sleep. I am requesting prayer as I am pending approval to be a part of the CFO in training program. I am waiting on my regionals to approve my application. Please pray for me to get this. This position will help me, my children and of course my mom so she wouldn’t have to stress anymore. Please pastor, please say a prayer for me

Thank you for reaching out to us with your prayer request. We understand that you are seeking a new job position and are awaiting approval for a CFO in training program. This truly seems like a good move for you. Before we begin to pray for you in Jesus Name we should bring a few things to your attention first.

First we notice that you did not bring the prayer request in Jesus' name. Always end your prayer requests in Jesus name or could end with "according to John 14:14". Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through meJesus. We have to be in Jesus always and do every thing in his name. If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior then we encourage you to do so now. Salvation is simply just believing in Christ Jesus. For whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. As we bring your request to the Lord accept Jesus as your savior now. Just pray to Jesus asking to come into your heart and to be your Lord and Savior. Section.

Also we notice that you call the person you are asking to pray for you, a pastor. A pastor should be part of the established body of believers that one is part of and accountable to. We are commanded not to neglect fellowship with one another. We are the final authority on matters of faith and practice. Remember to have open communication, seeking God's will together, applying the scriptures of God to every situation, and looking at the fruits of the person teaching and pastoring us to see if they are living according to God's will and not their own self interest or the interest of this world system.

Now let us pray for you according to John 14:14: If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, lifted up in humble supplication. We thank you for your abundant grace and mercy, which are new every morning. We praise you for your steadfast love towards us.

Thank you for your goodness, joy, thankfulness, and the check of all things killing anxiety at night. Thank you for your word telling us it is good to meditate on you in the night watches. Lord, we lift up Elarorgen as you are pursuing this new job position. We pray that you would grant Elarorgen the desires of the heart as the responsibilities seem poised to undoubtedly help provide for their children and ease your beloved mother's stress. Remember that stress is a killer and to give everything to Christ Jesus for he cares for us. Let Elarorgen prayerfully come before you in the future, trusting that your will for your people is always perfect. Let nothing keep Elarorgen from preforming the tasks at hand as you want them to.

Father, we ask that you guide the decision of the regionals who are reviewing your application. Give these delegates clarity, understanding, and discernment so that this job training program is assigned to Elarorgen as well as the expertise to fulfil this role successfully. Not our will but thine be done.

Elarorgen, remember that the Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want. We encourage you to stay focused on the word of God, especially your role as a provider and leader in your household, as outlined in 1 Timothy 5:3.

However, let us remember that our ultimate trust should be in the Lord, not in any job or position. As the scriptures tell us in Psalms 20:7: Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust in the name of Yahweh our God. We encourage Elarorgen to remain steadfast through seeking God's will and relying on your ultimate provider being the Lord most of all.

Father God, grant Elarorgen the wisdom, skills and knowledge needed for this position, in Jesus' name we ask this.

We also pray for Elarorgen's family, that you would bless and guide them and keep them strong, in Jesus' name. It is good that families could come together in one mind and spirit.

Father God we ask that you strengthen Elarorgen's mind, body, and soul so that you may be ready for what is ahead in your new obedience and relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. We thank you for this time of fellowship adn community.

In this new fire in Elarorgen, remember Deuteronomy 5:32,33. You shall observe to do therefore as Yahweh your God has commanded you. You shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left. You shall walk in all the way which Yahweh your God has commanded you, that you may live, and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess. Use the great resources of the Holy Bible in your every day life if things do not go as you think they should. Elarorgen, remember that God knows your heart and see us your works and every thought that we think toward any situation. Remember Eli the priest and do right in the sight of God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
